Mike Dudan

Mike Dudan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Dudan Group, where he brings world-class financial planning and acumen to franchisors for rapid and sustainable growth. Before joining Dudan Group, Mike spent over 16 seasons working with the Carolina Panthers in various financial roles, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mike saw the inner workings of one of the most successful franchises in the world, the NFL. He was responsible for the financial planning and management of both the Panthers franchise and Bank of America Stadium. Notably, Mike was a leader in the Panthers’ sales process that resulted in the largest sports franchise transaction to date at a value of over $2.2 Billion.

In addition to his time with the Panthers, Mike brings years of experience working in the public accounting industry with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. In this role, Mike helped clients with financial reporting, financial process improvement, initial public offerings, management and board of director reporting, and financial and asset management controls. His clients came from a variety of industries, including sports and entertainment, retail, manufacturing and professional services. 

A native of Schaumburg, Illinois, Mike graduated from Appalachian State summa cum laude with a degree in accounting. He has served on investment committees and Boards for various charities benefiting the areas in and around Charlotte and across the Carolinas. He and his wife, Kristina, have three children, Casey, Jacob and Alena. Mike is a sports enthusiast and loves to spend his weekends on the ballfield with his kids.
