Zack Dudan

Zack Dudan is Director of Finance at Dudan Group. He heads the M&A practice, leads due diligence on investments with a team of advisors and works directly with the business office in each of the Dudan Group Companies. Zack is also a multi-unit franchisee with Rockbox Fitness and coaches FranDevCo client brands on business office best practices. Prior to joining Dudan Group in 2019, Zack worked as an analyst with a lower-middle market investment bank, Quest M&A, in sell-side M&A advisory and helped small business owners to achieve great outcomes. Growing up, Zack spent much of his childhood in and around the family business that was Advantaclean. From blue-collar labor, to handling real-estate, to assisting marketing strategies, he has been part of the entrepreneurial journey that is the foundation of Dudan Group.

Zack holds a B.S in Finance with a minor in Economics from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. While at Elon, he was a Dean’s list recipient and a member of the real estate finance club. Zack was also a member of the varsity football team, achieving CAA Academic All-Conference Honors. 

Zack currently resides in Charlotte, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching football, and testing the latest health and wellness biohacks.
