Chris Stefanco

Chris joined Dudan Group in August of 2020 and brings with him a wealth of franchise operations knowledge.

A New Jersey native, Chris moved to Charlotte, NC in 1999 where he spent the last 20 years of his career working to build AdvantaClean a national franchise brand in the restoration space. Chris was a pivotal part of the organization’s foundation and growth, with roles as VP of Franchise Training, Franchise Business Consultant and VP of Franchise Operations.

As VP of Operations, Chris managed the Franchise Business Consultant Program and conducted regional meetings and training for the company’s 220+ locations. Under Chris’ leadership, a national team of FBC’s coached and directed franchise owners on how to run a successful, profitable franchise. He also traveled the US providing quarterly strategic guidance and education in a group setting, and conducted and provided oversight for their university, the company’s initial and ongoing training program attended by all franchisees.

Chris currently serves as Vice President of Homefront Brands and works with brand founders building out their training, coaching, technology programs.

Chris holds various IAQ-industry certifications and is a certified OSHA instructor. He lives in York, SC with his wife, Diane and his two teenage boys Dylan and CJ.
